To produce a transformative experiential program for university students requires seasoned InterVarsity staff who possess a growing understanding of Generation Z and a track record of seeing students deepen their faith and change their behavior. To create that program with a focus on behavior change which will impact the climate and will launch students as change agents into their churches and the world will require a number of inputs. We intend to gather the right people to create the content and framework of just such a program, and then to turn our plan into a full proposal for the Arthur Vining Davis Foundation. With this experiential program we expect to release dozens of students into their faith communities each year as climate action catalysts.
