The WGBH Educational Foundation (GBH) seeks support over two years to help produce and disseminate programming in the areas of history, science, and children’s education. Grant funds will be allocated within these areas at the discretion of GBH’s President and CEO, Susan Goldberg, advised by the Vice President for Children’s Media and Education, and John Bredar, Vice President for National Programming. Funds will be allocated such that the Arthur Vining Davis Foundations will receive four broadcast credits per year for each of the two years of the grant (for a total of eight broadcast credits during the grant term), as well as funder credits on ancillary materials as appropriate under applicable PBS and GBH crediting policies and guidelines. Funding will potentially support programming related to the 250th anniversary of the nation’s independence in 2026.
