Our project is designed to address growing “toxic” polarization in American society and specifically on college campuses. With the Arthur Vining Davis Foundations’ support, we will train, equip and support campus religious organizations and leaders to counter toxic forms of division and connect campus religious groups and neighboring faith communities across religious, racial and political divides. This work will help build a larger network of religious leaders working together to resist toxic polarization and increased grassroots work across divides in college communities. Through that work, we will reduce division in those communities and advance national stories that can counter divisive, harmful narratives.
