ELEVATE (Early Faculty Development Program for Minority Serving Institution Faculty)

The University of Pennsylvania recognizes the needs of early career faculty at MSIs and are addressing these needs through our program: ELEVATE. In an effort to cultivate the ongoing development of early career MSI faculty and close the preparation gap, the CMSI draws from its expertise and affiliations to offer ELEVATE.
